The first dish we had once we set foot on the land of East Malaysia was Pork Satay!
Need I say more.. Succulent pork meat sauteed with a mildly sweet baste..
The only thing missing was a spicy hot sambal dipping for us poor West Malaysian Indians.. and Chindians :p
